•Planning curriculum in line with yearly syllabus, unit lesson plans & daily lesson plans with teachers for execution of outstanding classes.
•Encourage high standards in all aspects of school life.
•Contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school.
•Work allotment and time table schedule for section.
•Responsible for ensuring that teachers discharge their duty as per time table and work load allocated by Principal.
•Provide guidance and control the daily work of the teachers in the primary section.
•Conduct meetings and schedule to review the work done by the teachers and plan for next reviews.
•Ensure pupil discipline, punctuality and appearance as per school norms and values.
•Promote physical well-being of the students, check that high standards of cleanliness are followed and recommend for periodic health examinations to school leadership.
•Maintain complete record of students regarding student’s details, examination scheme, teacher's details, and other relevant documents.
•Forward all request for materials, stationery periodically to school store and ensure proper disbursal of the same to teachers against proper receipt.
•Responsible for verifying proper maintenance of relevant records and materials in his/her section like teacher’s registers, student profiles.
•Ensure all communications, circulars, memos are forwarded and distributed in time to teachers and students.
•Ensure to send Leave SMS to the absent students daily.
•On absence of teachers, substitution is done with necessary work allotment.
•Responsible for keeping account and statements in case money is collected within the section for any authorized purpose and depositing the same with accounts.
•Supervise the work of coordinators in his/her section directly and report to Principal.
•Facilitate and manage the conduct of assemblies, any other students-parent programs that take place in the school from time to time.
•Ensure that communication as regards late fee is disseminated and facilitate the realization of fee dues as and when required by accounts department.
•Ensure to be a good moral supporter, a guardian, a counsellor and a good friend for all teachers and students.
•Orient new teachers to understand the better teaching methods and school culture.
•Guide, mentor and empower teachers by observing their lessons.
•Conduct CPD workshops and trainings for teachers throughout the year.
•Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the school management authorities.
•Excellent communication Skills, team management skills and negotiation skills are expected .
•Minimum two years of experience in a similar role is a mandatory requirement.
•Bachelors of Education in regular mode will be preferred.
