As a professional and energetic Account Representative you will act as a link between clients and the agency and provide marketing support for the agency. As a suave account liaison you will be responsible for coordinating between the client and other agency staff to carry out project work.
You will be expected to liaise closely with our clients throughout the duration of their projects, often on a daily basis to manage administrative and project work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and budget.

Duties and responsibilities:
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their design/ PR/ marketing requirements
Working with agency colleagues to devise a plan of action that meets the client's brief and budget
Presenting in a formal proposal the ideas and budget to the client
Working with colleagues to assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of projects
Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
Structured conceptualization of ideas and concepts
Writing client reports
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns.
Meet with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs

Attend agency related events when required, during and outside of working hours
Working on event management and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to

Building RSVP lists
Souring items for the event, from stores across Bahrain during and outside working hours
Coordination with the team, press, guests, etc.
Identify public relations requirements and possible audiences.
Devise PR campaign.
Brief media, creative and research staff.
Formulate marketing strategies.
Maintain regular contact with both PR staff and clients.
Negotiate fees and hourly rates.
Get approval for promotional work.
Write articles and press releases.
Schedule advertisements for publications.
Undertaking administration tasks as needed
Arranging and attending meetings
Making 'pitches', along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency
Overseeing key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis
Negotiates contracts with consulting firms to perform research or other applicable studies or support
Plans and formulates aspects of research and development proposals such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and human resource requirements
Get budgets and ideas approved
