محاسب (مؤقت)

MAIN PURPOSE
• To ensure the accuracy of ledger entries
• To ensure all bank transactions are correctly recorded and reported
• To assist on the closing activities, prepare and analyze Trial Balance schedules; and do any other ad-hoc analysis from time to time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Fixed asset posting, management and reporting
• Maintenance of lease contracts as per IFRS 16
• Prepayment management and reconciliation
• Journal entries, review of general ledger and analysis of movement of accounts
• Ad hoc reports as and when required
• Monthly bank reconciliation including resolution of any differences in a timely manner
• Posting of supplier invoices
• Administration of T&E tool and reporting
• Assist internal and external auditors and implement recommendations
Note
In compliance with Segregation of Duties principle, some of the tasks enumerated above should not be performed altogether by a single person.

JOB PROFILE
Education
B.Com/ Finance Graduate, professional accounting qualification would be an advantage
Experience
5 years of experience, exposure in luxury goods industry would be an advantage
Technical skills / abilities
• Solid accounting background and skills
• Knowledge of computerised accounting system especially SAP
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards / IFRS
• Good computer skills
Personal skills / qualities
• Good communication
• Attention to details
• Good human relation skills
• Team player
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
Duration: This role is a temporary role for 6 months
