Urgently looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in UAE.
Maintains marketing inventory by checking, tracking and replenishing as needed.
Manages online listings of Jefferson Center locations for various websites.
Create, edit and/or distribute department information.
Coordinate with the India sites to assist in effective and efficient administration.
Assist with travel inlcuding train team members to use the travel system.
Organizes the Center’s participation in resource fairs.
Assist with mailing documents and packages.
High School degree.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Two years experience in same field.
