Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in Qatar.
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Responsible for filing and organizing all vendor account folders for open and closed transactions.
Receives, analyzes and processes vendor bills for service contracts as well as retail customers.
Assist in collecting and processing weekly timesheets.
Assist in handling problems, complaints from reps, dealers, Arnold facility and inside personnel.
Maintain and update rep roster for both Browning and Winchester.
High school diploma.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
