Role Summary
Flowserve Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia is looking for an Administrative Assistant who is a great fit in our team.

Responsibilities & Requirements
You'll be responsible for:
• Prepare and maintain VDL for all customer project documentation.
• Prepare and maintain VDL for vendor documents.
• Responsible for on time document submission and resubmission to customer.
• Preparing Cover sheet & Transmittal to submit the document to the customer and also maintain the record .
• Maintaining the VDL for Incoming / outgoing documents
• Distribute the Commented / Approved document to the vendor & Engineering and also ensure to submit the revised document on time
• Sending overdue document list and chasing from the Engineering
• Single point of contact internally and externally for all document transmission.
• Prepare the job folder as per the Planner requirement and handover it to the shop floor .
• Prepare the Final documentation as per customer requirement for MDB, FDB , QRB etc..
• Prepare the full SPDP as per customer requirement.
• Get the SPIR from BU & Vendor and prepare the SPIR in Exhibit -S format as per Aramco Standard with including our price adder.
• Revise the SPDP as per customer comment and requirement
• Publish the ASN /GCC for NMR s through Aramco Portal.
• Monthly updation of GID under Cobra for shipped pumps including full data.
• Updating change order log in the share point folder.

• Flexible, eager to learn, accurate with positive, can-do attitude
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

• Leadership & ability to interact with all levels of employees.
