Overview

Main Responsibility
·Handling guest arrival with pick up request, and arrange the transportation
· Plan, co-ordinate and prepare all pre-client arrival documentation such as name boards, visas/documents, welcome packs etc. to ensure that passengers are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner· Responsible for good service and maintain close relationship with all official sectors at the airport and most of all, maintain a spirit of team work among the hotel’s personnel · Maintain detailed knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the hotels
