Job Description and Qualification:
The Appliances Technician is responsible for timely repair and maintenance of appliances and equipment within a gated residential community (Compound) that is comprised of 605 residential units (375 Villas, 230 Apartments in Seven Apartment Buildings), a Recreational Center (Clubhouse), Back-of-House Offices and a Convenience Store. Installs, troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical and electronic equipment and distribution systems involving electrical and mechanical work of a broad nature as directed by the Head Engineer.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance for all Kitchen and appliances equipment.
Troubleshoot and Repair all Kitchen Equipment.
Conduct assessment for the Equipment.
Repairs in case of breakdown or emergency.
Make necessary recommendations.
Submit report duly acknowledge by Head Engineer.
Attend to other electrical related works may be assigned by the Head Engineer.
REQUIREMENT
Professional Certificate or Diploma.
Minimum of five (5) years as Appliances Technician for a General Contractor, Property Management or Facilities Maintenance Company
Extensive maintenance and repair experience related to kitchen and appliances.
Ability to read schematics and work plans
