Core experience in execution and inspection of Foundations, Back filling, Grade Slab, Structural Elements (Column Neck, Columns), RCC Slabs, Precast Slabs (TT, Hollow Core Slabs), Precast Wall Panels, Steel Structure, Diagrid structure, Water Proofing, Fire Proofing, Grouting, Dry Wall, Cement Board Installation, Masonry Works, Finishes, Painting, Tiling, Stone Flooring, Travertine Cladding, Aluminium Composite Cladding, Curtain Walls, Glazing, Vinyl Flooring, Ceiling, Building Painting, Epoxy Flooring Works, Concrete Paving, Landscape.
Rich experience in inspecting construction of Pipe Supports, Pump Foundations, Pipe Sleepers, Water proofing, Finishing Works, Precast elements Installation, Aluminium Composite Cladding, Facade, Structures for process and non-process Industrial Buildings.
Supervise all architectural finishing work to assure that works meet the project requirements and complying thoroughly with the client s specifications.
Ensure the quality of construction materials are correct as specified in the approved ITP.
Oversees proper implementation of plans and deal with subcontractor activities, recommend safety measure which might directly affect the construction activities
Review IFC drawings and identify Hold & Witness point for the client as per the approved ITP s
Checking and monitoring structural erection activities at site to ensure the quality as per projects Specs & IFC drawings.
Verifying the dimensional & visual bolts settings, alignment, Plumpness, levelness of structural prior to grout pouring & Final Bolt tightening for erection activities.
Ensuring all Architectural Works is being carried out as per requirements and Implementing Site Surveillance and Inspections as per approved ITP.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Architectural/Civil Engg with 5 years of rich experience in oil & gas, refinery construction projects.
