1. Position: Area Sales Executive

We are looking for an “Area Sales Executive (ASE)” who will be responsible in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with the company’s clients, connecting and coordinating with fulfillment team and management, liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects according to customer requirements. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with them.

Preferred a bachelor's degree in any area of specialty and at least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Account Manager/Sales Executive will be reporting directly to the BDM of the company.

2. Duties and Responsibilities
In this assignment as “ASE,” the key responsibilities are as follows.
General Responsibilities
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
• Help customers through in-person meetings, email, phone, online presentations and screen-share sessions
• Visiting target customers and update the details on portal
• Follow KPIs and update the same on CRM
• Manage company and client expectations
• Review timeframes and budgets
• Create sales pitches
• Execute sales objectives
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
• Manage records of sales, revenue, and other important data
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor and analyze customer’s satisfaction and project progress
• Prepare and share weekly status report with the management
• Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
• Research market and industry trends
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams

3. Basic Requirements:
• Proficient in languages- English, Hindi, Malayalam
• Driving license- Mandatory
• Age criteria- not more than 32 years
• An Exposure to Food and beverages/Restaurant Industry would be an advantage


4. **General Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience is desirable
• Deep digital understanding
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
