MAIN PURPOSE
You are responsible for the brand development and to safeguard the brand image within your region.
To achieve your sales targets and ensure the highest level of service to the accounts & clients under your control, you work on defining and implementing the strategic business plan and budget related.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
To establish strong relationships with your partners develop brand equity and image for Cartier:
• Take the responsibility of the implementation of the action plans to increase network sell out.
• Forecast accurately annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Retail network development (identify new boutiques/POS opportunities), deal with landlords to identify suitable locations and commercial terms
• Follow up on clients payments and credit limits compliance.
Marketing & communication plan
• Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all product categories (Define action plans by boutique)
• Update your clients with information on new products, and secure related orders/forecasts
• Implement various product launch plans as specified by Marketing Department.
Boutique/Point of Sales Operations
• Realize field visits to evaluate operations and monitor compliance to the brand guidelines in terms of visual merchandising, assortments, pricing
• Lead & guide boutique managers
• Implement correct boutique structures
• Develop High End business & client strategy
• Follow up on the staff development within the network and on customer service implementations in collaboration with your team members.
Competitors Insight
• Monitor the competition within the territory under your control, competitive products, pricing, network development , events (expansion and visibility).
• Identify prospective clients within your area and compile necessary information about their operations.
JOB PROFILE
Education:
MBA Graduate degree in a reputable university or equivalent
Required experience:
At least 8/10 years of experience in luxury environment
Technical skills / abilities:
• Computer skills (knowledge of MS Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of English. Third language is a plus: Arabic and French
• Ability to write reports
Personal skills
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Serious, proactive, mature and has the ability to handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment & complex situations.
Behavioural skills
• Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and, customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and supports organization's goals and values.
• Adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Meet challenges with resourcefulness and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Generate suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideas.
• Meet productivity standards; Complete work in timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
