Aruba Engineer

Manage vendor relationship, especially with Aruba professional services (eg: High Touch Services, Aruba TAC Support…etc)

Possess 5+ years Aruba hands-on experience and competitive knowledge including solution, technology, and product offerings

Provide consultative support to key internal/external stakeholders

Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise and TOI to the team through presentations, demonstrations, and the proper documentation.

Be able to prepare detailed documentation for design & implementation of products/applications/solutions.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Aruba solutions

Career level oral & written communication, organizational, presentation, prioritization, and interpersonal skills

Must be customer focused and have the ability to design and manage solutions to complex technical issues

Ability to interface with senior levels of internal / external organizations is required

Aruba ACMP (Aruba Certified Mobility Professional) and ACCP (Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional) certifications are a MUST

ACMX/ACCX certifications are strongly recommended
