MAIN PURPOSE
In the context of Chlo s retail network development, the Assistant Boutique Manager represents the Chlo brand to the final customer. She will be a key contributor to the maximization of the sales targets as per the Brand s directives and support the Boutique Manager in the management and supervision of the boutique operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent the brand by interacting with clients in the sale of designer clothing and accessories
• Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge
• Cultivate strong client relationships, support the boutique manager, updating the customer database and ensure the highest level of customer service, by systematically searching to resolve client issues
• Support the Boutique Manager in the administrative and reporting tasks: daily sales figures, weekly sell through, selling analysis charts and organizing staff planning
• Maintain presence in the boutique when the boutique manager is not present, supervising sales and providing support to sales associates, whenever needed
• Ensure the set-up of the collections in the boutique is following the Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Assist with inventory and special project as needed (trunk show, etc.)
• Support manager in the training of sales associate to the Chloe moments and brand values
JOB PROFILE
• Education: BA or equivalent
• Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in luxury retail in the Middle East
• Languages: Arabic is a must. Fluent in English ( French is a plus)
