Located at the forefront of Dubai s most prominent
thoroughfare, the Sheraton Grand Hotel seamlessly connects to the heart of the
booming business district. Our hotel is just across from the Dubai World Trade
Centre and within walking distance of the Dubai Convention Centre. A short
drive will take you to DIFC, Dubai Mall, or downtown, and Dubai International
Airport (DXB) is 10 kilometers away. Standing 53 stories tall, the hotel comprises
474 guest rooms and suites, as well as 180 one- to three-bedroom serviced
apartments. All accommodations span at least 36 square meters. Our expansive
conference center boasts meeting rooms with natural illumination and

• To be solely responsible of following up
maintenance, cleaning, energy, transportation and rental contracts and
coordinate payment with finance as well as their expiry date and to solve
any related issue under the supervision of the Director of Human
• To advise the Director of Human Resources of any
breach, expiry, renewal or cancellation of any contract related to
associate accommodation and facilities;
• To ensure periodic inspections of all associate
units including inside and outside areas to ensure proper cleaning and
maintenance, i.e. rooms, recreation rooms, sports facilities, laundry
rooms, common rooms and to implement HR policies and procedures;
• To coordinate with the maintenance team,
contractors and the Engineering Department on repairs and maintenance
• To ensure the maintenance of a record of all
roster work performed by the outsourced contractors of the cleaning
company, maintenance and transportation;
• To conduct emergency and fire evacuation tests
periodically (4 times per year);
• To be solely responsible of planning and
implementing the associate rooms, apartments, and temporary accommodation
allocation in or outside the staff accommodation according to the
employees benefits and to the best interest of the Sheraton Grand Dubai;
• To ensure that there is pest control pest control
in the associate accommodation and eliminate any;
• To ensure the inspection of all linen to ensure
that they are being used properly and are in good condition and keep an
inventory for linen replacement when applicable;
• To ensure that extra furniture, linen and any
other equipment are properly stored and inventoried;
• To ensure the record of water and electricity
consumption in the associate accommodation at the end of each month;
• Invent and implement activities for water use
reduction and sustainability;
• To maintain all associate notice boards at the
associate accommodation and to ensure that all necessary information is
dispatched to associates by all convenient means of communication at all
