Your day to day
Manage everyday activity, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers. Ensuring Hygiene and grooming standards are adhered by the team always Ask for help and be ready to help other outlets as per the operational requirement. Conduct daily briefings and share the relevant information with the team- heartbeat score, OSAT, IHG Enrolment, IHG Recognition, glitches, social media rating, financial information Active involvement in the Restaurants & Bars (R&B) Fundamentals and ensuring the tasks are done by the team on daily basis Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on food, beverage costs, planning vacation accurately to control the labour cost. Working with the catering office, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue. Ensures birthday amenities are sent and cost price is charged to Front Office. Make sure credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner Active involvement in menu planning, driving promotions that deliver great dining experiences for guests at a good value
What we need from you
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: -Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field -2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
