1. Issuance of tenancy contracts.
2. Lease of vacant units.
3. Processes of rent payments and condominium dues.
4. Inquiries about late payments and assists in handling any eviction issues.
5. Interviews new prospective tenants and gives tours of property.
6. Distributes and collects leases and ensures that all required legal documents are signed.
7. Addresses and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from tenants.
8. Inspects property on a regular basis to assess condition of buildings and grounds, and to ensure that empty units are ready for new tenants.
9. Attends to necessary repairs and maintenance.
10. Reports any problems or issues to property manager.
11. Manages records and files of current tenants.
12. Responds to emergency maintenance or safety calls.
13. Submittal of vacancy list reports on weekly basis
14. Management of portal ads
15. Issuance of renewal notices
16. Negotiation of rental prices
17. Submittal of market surveys (quarterly)
18. Follow up on payments

The candidates is expected to have 3-5 years of UAE work experience in the field of Leasing and property management.
The eligible candidate must have proven expertise and skills to be at the top of his game in the market backed by a valid UAE driving license.
The candidate must be fluent in English and knowledge of any additional language will be preferred.
Must have a Bachelors degree; or candidates with any higher qualifications shall be considered
