Asst. Manager (HR & Admin.)
Work Location: Jubail, KSA
Position Reports to: Sr. Manager – HR & Admin.,
Any degree with full time MBA (HR)
Min. 10 years of experience in any large renowned Companies, at least 2 years in Junior Management level (i.e., Asst. Manager level)
Must have handled large workforce
Proven experience in all gamut of HR – pure HR exposure with administrative working knowledge.
Matured, ability to work under pressure, Eye for detail, high degree of people orientation, Good Command over English & Hindi.
South Indian Preferred.
His areas of responsibilities would be Performance Management, Training Admin., driving HR systems across the Company, Employee Engagement, Disciplinary Management, Handling Employee Requests, HR Policies Update, Employee Wellness, Offering professional expertise to hiring, Internal Communication and other tasks as and when delegated by his Manager and Management.
Gulf Experience will be added advantage.
