Barista / Juice Maker

We at XFactor are looking for highly skilled Barista / Juice Maker to provide our customers excellent beverages experience.

Job Description:

· Prepare, Blend and Mix Juices and Crazy Shakes, for the customers in a highly presentable way and at a good pace to maintain the timely dispatching of the orders.

· Weigh, measure, blend and mix ingredients by maintaining the standards of the recipes designed by the Head-Chef.

· Timely examine and check all the food and ingredients to make sure the freshness and validity of food and ingredients.

· Arrange and garnish the beverages in a highly professional way.

· Ensure that bar area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.

· Help, lead, inspire and motivate the rest of the colleagues in the restaurant.

· Perform any other suitable task assigned by the manager or head barista from time to time.

· Control, monitor, and report about the wastage of ingredients during the process of preparation of the beverages.

Requirements:

· Must be a clean and hygienic person

· Must be an energetic and active person in the performance of jobs assigned

· Must have the basic knowledge of bar equipment

· Ability to perform well under pressure, within the time limit and in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be co-operative, supportive, and well-mannered with the rest of the colleagues.

· Must be multitasking and must be able to work in long rotating shifts.
