Job Purpose
To ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts in relation to operational and client transactions

Principal Accountability
Core tasks
• Ensure payments and receipts for operational and Inward or Outward Payment transactions are processed timely, accurately within daily cut off times and deadlines
• Ensure any reconciliation items are investigated and cleared in a timely manner
• Investigate and clear queries in a timely manner, provide update and escalations of queries internally and externally, keeping stakeholders informed of any issues or difficulties
• Proactively research new payment methods and solutions with an view of achieving more streamlined process and/or improved customer experience
• Contribute towards companywide projects as required Controls and monitoring
• Identify exceptions to processes, such as failure to perform payment instructions and breaches
• Create new, enhancing existing MIs and effectively communicate MIs to wider business in order to enable appropriate decision making
• Act as the process owner of customer journeys for payment activities; actively take part in improving customer experience
• Identify and implement straight-through processing solutions
• Actively seek ways of improving process efficiency, implementing industry best practice and identifying cost saving initiatives Regulatory
• Ensure no breaches of SAMA. SWIFT and other regulations within responsibility
• Support to BESS on HP Tandem environment
• Server installation, configuration, and management, Install and support peripherals
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity & availability of all hardware, server resources, reviewing system and application logs, and completion of scheduled tasks (backups, preventive maintenance, etc.)
• Disaster recovery skills (hardware and/or software)
• Experience with using a ticketing system
• Must be able to support flexible working schedule based on customer requirements and after-hours on-call rotation.
• Capable of responding to outages and incidents
• Execute scripting duties as assigned (VBS/PowerShell preferred)
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
• Perform backup and recovery duties; maintain a backup system and tape library
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• At least 5+ years of Experience in BESS system
• supporting Windows Server Operating System (OS) environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (including users & group Security permissions), TCP/IP Networking, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy Objects.
• 5+ years Server OS skills: Installation, standard usage, configuration and troubleshooting of HP Nonstop Tandem machine
• Aware of Information Systems Architecture and Design
• Knowledge of storage concepts (SAN / NAS)
1. Bachelor's degree with a technical major (Computer Science, Networking, etc.) is desired (Demonstrated work experience can be applied in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)

d. Manage and motive the team as well as ensuring staff are trained to a level required for their role
e. Maintain good intra & interdepartmental communications
f. Implement procedures and guidelines to assist staff in their duties, this will also provide a professional view to internal and external customers
g. Provide advice and guidance to all staff on work related issues.
