عملاؤنا, one of the largest catering and support services company in the UAE, is searching for a Bid Writer / Manager to join their busy and growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role supports the Sales and Retentions teams to design, create and publish proposals, عدد المزايدات, presentations and other sales and marketing materials.

Proposal Planning: create a bid plan aligned to client submission deadlines and ensure timely follow up of contributions from the 'Virtual Bid Team .
Proposal Compliance: develop a bid compliance matrix for each proposal being submitted and ensure we submit proposals that cover all client requirements as stipulated in Request for Proposal documents.
تطوير الاقتراح: create a high volume of bid and proposal documents (estimated to be up to 10 bids per month) for UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, that are of a high quality, compliant and attractive, within client stipulated timeframes. Expertly showcase agreed win themes to maximise win rates
Proposal Production: set up documents for printing and liaison with printers to confirm scheduling, print requirements and delivery arrangements in coordination with the Sales Administrator.
Proposal Quality Assurance: proofread documents when required and ensure grammatical and spelling accuracy.
قوالب العروض: create proposal templates using Microsoft Word for use by the Sales, Strategic Partnerships and Operations teams.
إدارة المعرفة: filing all work in the Bid Library under the specified naming convention and ensuring all relevant material is readily available for future reference. Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) in other departments to update the information as necessary.
توسيق: produce materials that support lead generation and solution development including e-shot flyers, sales brochures and case studies.
موقع الكتروني: support with developing content for the company website including copy and images to ensure the content remains current, relevant and attractive.
Advanced Word (with ability to use styles, الأعمدة, insert pictures from file).
Advanced PowerPoint (working with slide masters and creating a PowerPoint presentation from scratch).
Intermediate Excel (for formatting and creating project plans).
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Acrobat).
Excellent English grammar and spelling for proofreading documents.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Creative skills for creating attractive documents.
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint or other document management software.
