1. Branch Manager
Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the Exchange objectives.Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for Exchange personnel.Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
Qualification - Any Graduate Or Post GraduateMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Exchange Companies. Nationality - Any (age 21 to 35 years only)
A branch manager is responsible for all of the functions of a branch location, such as hiring employees, overseeing the approval of loans and lines of credit, marketing, building a rapport with the community to attract business and assisting with customer relations
Proven branch management experience, as a bank manager or similar roleSufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practicesAbility to meet sales targets and production goalsFamiliarity with industry’s rules and regulationsExcellent organizational skillsResults driven and customer focusedLeadership and human resources management skillsBS in Business Administration or related field
