PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Branch Supervisor directs, administers, and coordinates the branches operational activities.
The branch Supervisor monitors and enhances the following functions and/or business units: branch managers, maintenance and company information systems.
Monitor and enhance the branches and home service operation
Audit current and Coordinate improvement or/and Supervise new project related to the company information systems in the outlets
Audit current and Coordinate improvement or/and Supervise new project related to the maintenance in the outlets
Audit current and Coordinate improvement or/and Supervise new project related to the procurement in the outlets
Monitor and enhance the BRANCHES and HOME SERVICE operation
Physical Spot Check of the branches, including operational audits and operations processes. Ensure that product displays and visual elements are well maintained and displayed as per the standards.
Ensure Operations SOPs are updated in respect to the branches, the treatment areas, the equipment, the products, the reception counter and the client follow up and feedback.
Provide input on Operations SOPs and ensure compliance. Creatively coming up with ideas and innovative suggestions to continue to evolve the BBL protocols.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to branch flows and set up.
Monitor the complaint log document and ensure the respective department completes the process and a corrective action is taken.
Assists in developing new display concepts and design treatment set ups.
Implementing and management of BBL promotion displays in the branches. Support company brand through the window display and other collaterals in the branches.
Protecting BBL brand, acting as the branches Brand Custodian.
Analysing and reporting monthly promotional activities.
Provide overall assistance and support to formulate, develop and execute operational strategies
Quarterly Services Menu update and coordinate with IT Manager for the update in the website.
Coordinate in creating artwork with the support if IT manager, banners, stickers, menu and any other operational collaterals required for operations (product of the month, treatment of the month, promotions, events and special occasions).
Ensure branch requests related to support service such as IT are prioritized to support the branch operation and responded within 24h when immediate response it is not feasible.
Responsible for following up with IT Manager in timely intervals for providing new music, video for the branches
Direct and coordinate the maintenance supervisor task in the branches
Implement, maintain and update a tracking system of maintenance request
Ensure branch requests related to emergency maintenance are prioritized to support the branch operation and responded within 24h when immediate response it is not feasible.
Coordinate with Procurement Department to check on the stock levels and propose promotions on retail products and treatment services.
