Conducts frequent customer visits on Clients and Customers related to Medical/Scientific/ Hospitals/ Clinics and other
establishments to convince prospective clients on our specialized products and equipments.
 Ability to compare own products with competitors’ products and prove own products to be superior and appropriate to
the needs of the hospital/clients.
 Assists the Sales Force to sell “solutions” that address multiple needs and conducts demonstrations and product-detailing
on products as required by frequent scheduling.
 Responsible for the pre & post-sales support on all assigned products existing with our clients and customers.
 Arranges for demonstrations, trial-installations, new installations, testing and calibration of equipments with the clients
/ customers as and when required.
 Provides technical trainings to hospital personnel for usage of medical equipment and gives updation to the end-users
to ensure the products are handled as required and the systems are functioning according to specifications.
 Designs custom-made products, drafts and variations in the standard programs to suit the customer's needs and services.
 Handles routine concerns and issues about the applications and daily maintenance of equipments as and when required.
 Routinely conducts safety inspections at the client’s end to readily diagnose the issues and problems which may be
raised by the customers on the equipments installed or concerning software and/or applications and general maintenance.
 Attends all product trainings and workshops on the assigned products, equipment or services so as to have an adequate
knowledge of principles and processes for providing efficient customer services and thereby achieve customer
satisfaction.
 Collecting the customer feedback & Submitting daily activity reports to the sales supervisor.
