We are searching for a talented and passionate business analyst to join our Global Operations Team, which is responsible for building and supporting scalable reporting systems that enable seamless experiences for our members and customers around the world. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.
Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations/Presentations in a cross-functional environment.
The Analyst will manage and deliver components of business engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative RPA solutions for the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy Develop Detail As Is Process Description PDD (Process Description Document),
Detail To Be Automated Process Description SDD (Solution Design Document) Conduct RPA High Level Assessments
Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
Develop high level project plans for implementation projects
Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery
Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior
Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
Identify and resolve project issues
Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution and provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals
Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of system
Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution
Conduct post-project evaluation
Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
Work with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures. Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.
Manage full life cycle implementations.
Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.
Experience with leadership, governance and change enablement.
Develop and manage vendor relationships.
Lead workshops for client education.
Assist and drive the team by providing oversight.
Skills Include:
Bachelor s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field , MBA in Information Systems.
2 years experience in a supervisory position related to information technology.
Experience with SharePoint, SQL, Nintex and BPM tools.
Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications, including Project
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written, verbal,
and collaboration skills Proficient in data analysis and experienced in programming
Understanding business functional areas
Willingness to travel to client sites
