What are you expected to do?
Providing support for clients throughout the contract signature and negotiation phases
Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met and clients have the right advisory
Handles service quotations and channel communication between employee and company
Handles Outsourcing Operations key accounts management for multinational companies in Lebanon and the region.
Seek prospects through various channels
Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers through in-person and virtual meetings
Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
Participating in developing sales strategies and setting quotas
Maintaining a database of contact information
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer s satisfaction and to maintain the company s reputation
Participating in Marketing strategy implementation and prepare HR/business related content to be used on social media
Participate in HR consulting projects
Your Background:
BS in Business Management related field. HR degree/certificate is a plus
A Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development role
Background in Human Resources or Recruitment areas is a huge plus
Strong Customer Service skills, a profile who comes from a service/consulting background is desired
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
