TMC Management & Safety Training is Training organization based in Dubai Looking for Business Development Executive, Must have B2B experience in Dubai. Experience In Same industry will be Preferred.
· Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals
· Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities.
· Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database & handing over reports.
· Pitches clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s products according to their requirements.
· Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory.
· Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
· Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone and email or by visiting them.
· Suggests marketing strategy for the development of sales.
· Bachelor’s Degree (in any field)
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in UAE
· Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
· Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power.
· First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette and work ethic.
· Eagerness and energy to generate new business revenue, source leads and close sales
· Good interpersonal, relationship skills and the ability to sustain professional conversations
· Ability to understand and articulate a sales proposition and customer benefits
· Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer objections
