We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with mandatory ERP industry experience. The candidate must have a strong understanding of ERP solutions, consultative selling techniques, and the ability to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in ERP solutions.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
Conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution demonstrations and proposal submissions.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer retention.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in ERP sales/business development.
Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, HRMS, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
Experience in handling B2B clients.
Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle is preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in ERP sales across middle east..
Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in selling ERP (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Regional Expertise: Strong network and business relationships within the Middle East.
Skills:Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud-based technologies and digital transformation trends. Ability to drive business independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
