Product training and development
Develop an understanding of Alef s platform from an Education and Technology perspective.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
Sales cycle
Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and any other sales tool.
help to plan sales campaigns
Manage the sales cycle from lead to close.
Deliver product demos, provide insightful technical and pedagogical answers, and articulate value for customers (phone, in-person, and at conferences)
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Relationship Management

Maintain current business relationships.
Internal stakeholders management
Work with Customer Success, PMO, IT, and Training teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally to help define pilots, POCs, and implementation strategies

Education, Experience, and Required Skills
Educational Qualification
BA/BS degree in Education, Business Administration, or any related field
Experience
5 years of experience in account management, business development, and/or sales in the Education field
Proven track record of effective revenue generation in B2B environment and working to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Proven track record in sales (lead generation, building pipelines, etc.)
