Your basic role will involve:
New client acquisition within small and medium enterprises and large corporates.
You will be networking and identifying prospective clients within SME and large corporates.
Understanding the organisational need for group medical, group life insurance and other general insurance specific mandates.
Providing advice, designing appropriate solution and selling the right plan.
Providing a life-long partnership.
What are we looking for: someone with an existing network within SME and Corporates in the UAE for last 5-10 years. Prior experience within sales or business development preferably within financial services, insurance broker or insurance companies. Good financial acumen is very important for this role alongside networking and sales skills. It will be a plus if you already have a UAE Driving license.
Education qualification wise, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from a recognised Institution/University in business, management, finance, marketing or commerce. Understanding of UAE regulatory environment is important especially for medical insurance.
