Job Purpose:

To advise Company Management on the market trends, market conditions, performance and direction of the company, long term strategy, cost and economic position of the business based on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and information. To keep abreast of a new regulation or policies that may affect the company business, advice MACO Management on upcoming projects and future business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1- Perform the SWOT analysis for the existing business and present the results with the proposed corrective and/or improvement actions
2- Develop objectives and strategies in support of overall corporate business development goals in the assigned segment including the short terms and long terms plans.
3- Identifying new market leads
4- Pitching Business/Product and/or services to form Joint Ventures.
5- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and develop new customers.
6- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8- Preparing a powerful and effective PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
9- Continuously updating clients about new developments in the company’s lines of business
10- Bench-marking of the market competitors and raking MACO accordingly.
11- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
12- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners.
13- Assess new business opportunities and actively participating in the national and international fairs and Exhibitions.
14- Perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers.
15- Meet client’s needs prior to contract execution. Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients and generation of the leads.
16- Attend and actively participate in market specific trade conferences.
17- Promote the company’s Services addressing client’s objectives, to get more feedback from the clients.
18- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
19- Working closely with the Technical team to ensure proper submission of Pre-qualification documents and involved in techno-commercial proposal.
20- Requires extensive regular contact with various overseas suppliers and manufacturer to comply with client’s requirements in terms of product technical feasibility.

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

A Bachelor Degree holder in one of the following fields Marketing, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering or Industrial Engineering, MBA is desirable, 10-15 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development. Very good knowledge of specialized computer and statistical software packages to Analyse financial data, develop forecast such as CRM.
