The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The core objective of the role will be to identify and target new organizations and introduce FMI’s capabilities, demonstrate our product offerings and advisory services, discuss client needs and match them to the appropriate products while enhancing relations with existing clients across the Middle East. This is a high-volume calling environment which will suit highly focused sales professionals preferably with a proven track record in B2B selling and solution designing. The candidate should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. He/she should also possess initiative, tenacity and commercial awareness to identify and source the right contact and sell the benefits of our offerings, while also servicing clients and identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales with new clients in the designated territory (Middle East & North Africa)
• Create a sales strategy on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
• Identify key accounts, influencers and decision-makers at target prospects and ensure that they understand the benefits of using our products
• Identify partnership opportunities with other organizations in advisory
• Take ownership of your personal sales targets, manage pipelines and ensure end-to-end client servicing
• Work closely with research managers and analysts to develop the best solution for clients
• Discover business drivers and strategic planning gaps to fully understand opportunities to meet the client’s objectives

Qualifications & General Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business-related studies
• 3 - 5 years' experience in business development, with atleast 1 – 3 years’ of B2B consultative selling
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfortable in interaction with C-level executives and top management
• Well-versed in sales cycles, lead generation, email marketing, cold calling, sales database management and reporting
• Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
• Knowledge of pitching bespoke solutions and value
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused, goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Formulating a good pitch and cold calling
• Commercial awareness
