Responsibilities -
• Determine requirements by working with customers
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
• Proactively seeking opportunities for personal and/or team development through learning
• Understands the need to promote the Contact Centre and ensure a positive opinion is formed by customers

Key Requirements -
• Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of working in a call center, preferably as a call center representative/agent
• Consistently follows the compliance requirements, policies and standards
• Demonstrates an ability to sympathize and identify with the customer and the situation they present
• Displays professional conduct and integrity, even in challenging situations
• An ability to efficiently select the correct course of action amongst several options
• Has a positive attitude to receiving feedback and demonstrates relevant improvements
• Demonstrates to the customer that they have heard all the appropriate information in the call and responded accordingly
• Demonstrates an understanding of potentially private conversations and requirements to protect Customer data and information.
• Displaying cultural knowledge and sensitivity when acting with different cultural groups and nationalities
• Understands the importance of connecting with others to achieve their own and team goals
• Demonstrates awareness of own strengths and weaknesses, seeking feedback and taking responsibility for their own development
• Is confident in dealing with employees and customers when difficult subjects and matters arise

Desired Technical and Soft Skills-
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel)
• Experience with Call Center and Ticketing Systems
• Familiar with Knowledge Management and CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Open to change and goal driven
• Good at prioritizing work load
• Efficient collaboration skills with internal / external customers and cross
functional teams
• Good phone etiquette and data entry skillsv
