Job Descriptions
Builds a disciplined, well harmonizing team, especially in view of:
Ensures strict following of general service requirements and basic service rules, service standards, cleaning check lists, etc.
Personal and professional development of subordinates.
Performs duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.
Ensures that all guests are greeted and seated by the service staff or by him/her self.
Trains and supports his/her employees based on the general service requirements and basic service rules, recommending and selling.
Participates in decoration and preparing the restaurant for promotions and special events.
Informs his/her employees continuously on all promotion, specialties and other sales activities.
Ensures a proper, correct order taking to speed-up service and that guests receive the right orders.
Actively participates in order taking, sales efforts, service and guest relations.
Handles all complaints by immediately informing the Restaurant Manager or Asst. F&B Manager.
Ensures working discipline and smooth team work between service and other departments.
Good communication skills in English,
Customer focused and able to work in a team.
