Coordinates and monitors all ordering/purchasing of ingredients.
Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.
Oversees and supports line cooks before and during service.
Clean, sanitize stations and equipment.
Must follow all Sodexo, client and regulatory rules and procedures.
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Culinary school diploma preferred.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent time management abilities.
Applies advanced cooking skills.
