The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group will have responsibilities to contribute to and make decisions to help all areas of the Group to create value through support and business partnering.

In a changing regional business landscape where volatility, uncertainty, risk and disruption are becoming more prevalent the CFO will be required to understand the business across all lines and focus on the bigger picture to identify opportunity and to leverage value.

The CFO’s role and responsibilities will embrace;
 Being an organizational leader driving profitable growth
 Being realistically optimistic
 Be involved with all major corporate decisions
 Acting as a Business Partner and Steward ensuring proper governance
 Working as an integrator and navigator for the organization
 Make high quality investment decisions to advance the business and increase performance


 Effectively leading the Finance, Accounting and EIT functions in compliance with Oman Companies Commercial law , International Accounting Standards and all other applicable regulatory legislations in Oman.
 Bringing Professional qualities to the role and the organization
 Supporting the CEO with all stakeholders including LLC entity governance



Characteristics for the role will include;
 Appropriately business qualified with proven sustained experience as a CFO embracing the EIT function and contributing to the Company Secretarial role
 Able to collaborate and build relationships
 Be able to listen
 A Creator, helping to develop business plans
 Demonstrable problem solving and timely decision making ability
 Use of data analytics, understanding of regional and country business environment
 A Reporter of value (internal and external reporting)
 An ability to connect with the culture of the environment, able to learn from the past
 An “everyone wins” mentality

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

The CFO must focus on sustainability and innovation to steer The Group towards growth and to do business better using technology to enhance the business and introducing processes to better align whilst using data to give a better understanding of trends and enhancing earnings.

As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the CFO will report to the CEO of the Group to work together to seek buy-in from The Executive Committee and ensuring a coherent alignment with short and long term objectives as well as contributing passionate energy to succeed.
