Candidates must lead a team of accountants and report to the CEO.
Construction/ Contracting background is a MUST.
English and Arabic are a MUST.
CPA, CMA, CA is a plus.
Understanding of ERP.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, project progress, and other transactions.
Lead & manage a team of 5 accountants, manage & distribute daily tasks and ensure accounting structure is set efficient & objective within all its functions.
Oversee the bookkeeping & ensure company books are continuously up to date.
Run monthly closing & issue monthly financials.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company s budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
