Coordinate in the field with clients/owners, consultants, contractors, designers and regulatory agencies.
Interacting with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements.
Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Assure quality and uniformity in the records of various contracts in the overall program.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Strong interpersonal skills.
