OVERALL PURPOSE
As part of the UAE & India Team, the Client Services & CRM Coordinator will contribute to implementing the Client Services and Clienteling strategy in the two markets.
He/She will support the Client Manager in monitoring and enhancing AfterSales activities in boutiques and implementing new services, with the aim to deliver a first class client experience, drive client satisfaction and develop brand equity.
He/She will also play a critical role in coordinating Clienteling programs, executing in-boutique activations and client gifting plans to continue building loyalty and satisfaction across our client base.
CLIENT SERVICES - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CS Community & CS Operations
• Build strong relationships with Management and CS teams across all boutiques and play a key role in the animation of the Market CS Community
• Ensure the correct implementation of CS procedures in the boutiques
• Provide guidance to CS boutique teams in resolving more complex cases (exchanges, service complaints, queries, etc.)
• Closely coordinate and partner with Richemont Operations Centre team
• Monitor and follow-up on specific client complaints to ensure a timely resolution and escalate to management when relevant
• Produces monthly CS reporting and other ad-hoc analyses
• Consolidate the markets requirements regarding CS tools and coordinate printing of relevant CS materials and dispatch to boutiques
• Supports the CS teams in stock management follow-up (CS tools, spare parts, etc.)
Analysis and Reporting
• Regularly track the performance of KPIs and propose targeted actions to address any shortfalls
• Monitor repair lead times and identify any recurring issues for further investigation
Other Projects
• Supports the Client Manager in the definition and execution of the yearly action plan to address Client Experience Barometer key dimensions
• Consolidate and manage Client team budget (invoice tracking, expense forecasting, ..)
• Support client team in project managing key local initiatives
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Database, Data extraction and Analysis
• Regularly monitor data quality and follow up with the Sales and CS Ambassadors to ensure meaningful and accurate data capture
• Produce monthly extraction of key indicators
• Provide ad-hoc product and/or customer analysis to Boutiques, Marketing, Retail or PR departments
Clienteling Programs
• Coordinate the clienteling program for UAE and India Market
• Extract and distribute client portfolio lists, monitor contacts and produce status reports to monitor results
Boutique Activations
• Work in close collaboration with boutiques and Retail team to develop and execute in boutique activations designed to treat clients during key local celebrations
• Negotiate with multiple suppliers and ensure delivery of all services and goods meet the highest quality standards
PROFILE
• Bachelor s degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience in watchmaking and/or jewelry Retail or customer service preferred
• Experience in Client Database management, analytical and reporting tools
SKILLS
• MS Office proficiency
• Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and delivering multiple objectives at the same time
• Autonomous and pro-active with a results-driven attitude
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful and motivated - with a positive attitude
• Analytical skills
• Client-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong plus
