Main Duties:
Understand the Customers overall IT, business priorities and success measures in order to architect and deploy complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Cloud platform
Ensure technical viability of new projects and successful deployments while orchestrating critical resources and infusing key Infrastructure technologies (e.g. Windows and Linux IaaS, PaaS, Security, Networking, etc.).
Lead implementations with enterprise-level customers from kickoff to go-live
Assist Sales team technically in positioning cloud solution
Maintain technical skills, knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community
Qualifications
Professional Experience
o 3 years of success in consultative and/or complex technical sales, architecture, design, and implementation work in Microsoft cloud technologies
o Problem Solving: Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies
o Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives and IT management)
Technical
o Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud) -
o Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification - preferred
Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following:
o Deep domain expertise of cloud solutions (i.e. Windows, Linux IaaS, SQL, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking)
o Identity and security frameworks, services and technologies, including experience with access management, common security vulnerabilities and remediation - preferred
o Container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) preferred
o DevOps - Preferred
