Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Commis I in UAE.
Serve food in proper portions on to correct serving vessels and plates.
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the organizations standards.
Minimise waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
To operate the section as per the given standards of the kitchen.
To maintain kitchen equipment as per standards.
Two years experience in same field.
Problem solving skills required.
Must have good communication skills.
