In collaboration with your direct report the Head of marketing and communications, you assist with the development & implementation of the UAE & India communication strategy for Cartier. As referent in the Team, you act as the guardian of the local relevancy of all our local communication activations.
-Participate in defining the Communication Action Plan in line with regional / international guidelines, inclusive of Boutique network animation, Product, Branding & Corporate initiatives
- Identify strategic priorities for the UAE & India markets, define and articulate the objectives, approach, team responsibilities, timescale, holistic activations, communication strategy and KPI for successful project execution.
EVENTS DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
-Collaborate with the Head of marketing and communications to propose an events strategy to maximize the Maison exposure and visibility for the market. This strategy will include events in and out the boutiques.
-Handle directly events in boutiques, set up, follow up, find the right suppliers and manage the budget.
-Collaborate with the regional Events team in the development & implementation of these events for events outside the boutiques.
EARNED MEDIA ACTIVATION
-Participate with regional team in the definition of the global PR strategy for UAE and India
-Participate regional team in defining the right influencers for the UAE and India markets and create the relationship.
-Liaise with PR & Celebrity regional team to support in the development of innovative native partnership
PAID MEDIA ACTIVATION
- Collaborate with Regional team to build a local media calendar, give recommendations based on local context, address critical issues, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
-Manage all the process and ensure the proper functioning of the collaboration with Region / Head Quarter / Local teams by making exchanges more fluid between all the teams.
-Establish an action plan Global and for each project and ensure approval by your managers. You will be responsible for all the dedicated project budgets, quality and timeline.
Following a Master s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Communication you have a solid minimum 4-years experience in Communication in an agency or client working on brand identity problematic. You are considered as an expert within the field and are used to work in an international environment. Curious, you have a strong general and artistic culture and understand the luxury industry.
Arabic speaker is a must and strong knowledge of the UAE Market (way of life, business and local specificities), UAE digital trends (Media, Talents ) UAE artistic context (talents: photographer / director ).
Autonomous and organized, you are able to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment, innovate and follow a constant move. In addition to that, you are known for your professional rigor and ability to prioritize projects.
