Is responsible for maintaining transparency and a community feel throughout the ADMZA through the constant, reliable and accurate communication of relevant information and developments. Assists the Head of Communication in all key elements of Company communications. To work in close cooperation with the Head of Communication in helping set communications strategy and provide hands-on, end-to-end implementation of communications plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Actively implement communications plans
1.1 Contribute to the development of the annual Communications and Media strategy and plan.
1.2 Develop detailed, business-focused and robust communications plans (e.g. identifying key stakeholders, communication objectives, timing, frequency and metrics) and manage its implementation.
1.3 Merge all communications messages and communication delivered brand promises with all other communication activities to ensure consistency, synergy and brand differentiation and avoid duplication.
1.4 Ensure the implementation of all communications tactics and disciplines in support of a company-wide employee communications program.
1.5 Assist Head of Communication in reviewing the Communications Strategy and developing the annual plan.
1.6 Develop and implement communications crisis response plan in coordination with PR and Communications agency to prevent/ contain media coverage setbacks and emergencies in order to safeguard corporate reputation and standing in the industry.
2. Manage communications projects, plans and events
2.1 Liaise with other operations departments and stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Market Development & Facilitation).
2.2 Organize and manage public relations events and exhibitions.
2.3 Manage media relations, industry analyst relations, press announcements, editorial placement and speaking opportunities to ensure ADMZA s goals and interests are met.
2.4 Execute media briefs provide project and relationship management.
2.5 Manage the issuance of public statements and ensure wide-spread and quality media coverage of the activities and projects.
2.6 Manage the content development of website and ensure that the content is updated regularly in liaison with the digital marketing team.
2.7 Identify, buy and oversee media buying process including advertising.
2.8 Assist Head of Communications in preparing department budget and monitor financial performance against the budget.
2.9 Develop and implement the Communications guidelines and procedures to streamline activity and ensure accurate and approved content and messaging.
2.10 Develop and implement the media policies and procedures for accurate and controlled press coverage to safeguard twofour54 brand.
2.11 Manage the communication of campaigns, programs / events and activities/initiatives of twofour54 to the relevant entities, stakeholders and all PR contacts.
2.12 Assist Head of Communications in providing brief to departments/ sections on brand identity, brand essence, vision and mission to shape all twofour54 team members into brand ambassadors and ensure accurate and consistent representation of the organisation to external parties.
3. Select, manage and quality-assure communications and PR vendors
3.1 Ensure marketing communications mix is synergistic and delivers message, brand reinforcement and stimulates consumer awareness.
3.2 Partner with wide variety of vendors and manage the relationship with them to ensure ADMZA s goals are met.
3.3 Select, orient, manage and quality-assure all internal and external partners.
3.4 Manage agency selection process including reviewing and evaluation of proposals and assisting Head of Communications in selecting and approving PR & Communication and other supporting outlet/ agency.
3.5 Review feedback system to measure -communications effectiveness; monitor and report the performance every quarter.
3.6 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
3.7 Manage the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports of marketing & communication department to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
4. Maximise effectiveness and return of communications campaigns and initiatives
4.1 Continuously measure and evaluate all communication management and execution processes strive for cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
4.2 Ensure the implementation of cost-effective activities ensuring that all communications activities are well managed and extend a great return.
4.3 Continuously monitor, evaluate and report on communications activity.
4.4 Perform such other duties as assigned by the Head of Communications.

Excellent ability in delivering communication initiatives
Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic
Knowledge of communications including the strategic selection, deployment and measurement of solutions
Expertise / Experience:
Experience of managing Third Party vendors.
8 years communications experience with a particular emphasis on content creation and media relations
Essential : Graduate Degree in Business Administration
Graduate degree in Mass
Communications or Applied Media Communications.
Degree in Communications and/or related work experience
