Functional Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients and customers as required on major theater centric infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with the customers to ensure all Request For Changes (RFC s) sent up for higher level approval have all associated requirements met and that the RFC states to the fullest extent possible all customer requirements.
• Ensures that all required resources including manpower, standards, and facilities are available for project implementation.
• Maintains documentation for all RFC's submitted.
• Monitor and provide status to the customers on their respective RFC's.
• Monitoring and coordinating with client RFC personnel on issues or additional requirements for RFC's.
• Operates within client guidance, contractual limitations, and Company business and policy directives.
• Performs configurationproject management related duties and functions at the direction of the ONE-NET Operations Manager and or Functional Supervisor.
• Provides configuration management planning; describes provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.
• Responsible for regulating the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.
• Serves as focal point of contact with client and customers on infrastructure projects.
Requirements
• Experience living and working in an OCONUS location.
• Experience managing request for changes utilizing CMPro.
• Experience managing to completion multiple RFC in a timely and effective manner.
• Experience supporting US DoD or US Navy customers and organizations.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed customers and organizations.
• Flexibility in adapting to and functioning in demanding and fluid environments or situations.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communications skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Skilled in configuration, change and project management.
