- Current, active medical license in: Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia or New Zealand
- National Board certification in Internal Medicine from the United States, Canada, the UK, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand
- A minimum of eight years of current post-specialty certification experience working as a Consultant Internist in a tertiary setting in the United States, Canada, the UK, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand
- Current academic appointment required
