• Assist online customers related to their purchase, delivery and returns or orders via email or phone
• COD orders need to be confirmed through phone call on daily basis and translate all the Arabic orders in English
• Need to update the address for COD orders and generate the courier packaging label (AWB No’s) from ecommerce admin panel
• Handle e-commerce complaints, queries of e-commerce
• Update customers promptly with information about their orders on day to day basis
• Strong understanding of ecommerce website in order to serve the customers efficiently with help of online chat integration and phone calls
• Tracking the customer journey across the websites with help of back end panel in order to bring the conversion and convert the potential visitors into customers
• Professionally deal with potential complaints
• Assist customers on chat and toll-free number on products
• Liaise with the warehouse and courier companies for any potential issues with orders
• Manage possible returns and exchanges
• Help customers with product enquiries & build relationship with the customers
• Coordinating with shipping carriers and customers in order to arrange the shipments and delivery to the end consumer
• Manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment for B2C and B2B2C marketplaces
• Follow up and coordinate the onboarding procedure with marketplace website across
• To manage the inventory of B2C & B2B2C ecommerce divisions and arrange the stocks internally on daily basis as per online order requirements
• Accurately process the sales orders and coordinate with warehouse and shipping carrier
• Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize the returns and cancellation
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders
• Follow up with Aramex on the delivery status of the orders which has been dispatched on daily basis and on the receivables of COD orders
• Troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues
• Interact routinely (telephone and email) with Customers, Sales team, Ecommerce marketplace and Warehouses
• Analyze data to monitor performance, plan improvements and demands. Need to solve logistical problems and produce new solutions in its area of work
• Assist in website updates

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Positive attitude and willing to learn quickly
• Proficient in communication skills and should have ability to handle multi tasks
• High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT)
• At least 1 year of experience in order fulfillment, ecommerce / sales would be an added advantage
