Hiring Corporate Affairs Manager !!

We are looking to hire a Corporate Affairs Manager to the CEO with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. They are expected to multi-task and work well under a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, conferences, busy calendars and travel arrangements as assigned.
Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately. Must be proficient in MS Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be sharp & presentable.


Requirements:
Only Female Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience in an Executive Support role.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills in English. Else please don’t apply. Arabic speaking would be an advantage.
Must have Valid QID & NOC.


Nationality- From Philippines/ India/ Europe/ Middle East


Walk- In to the below Venue between 11 AM to 5 PM.
