Corporate, M&A and Securities Lawyer

This international law firm are looking at growing their Corporate practice in the UAE and as such are looking for Junior to mid-level and Senior qualified Corporate Associate. You will have the following skill set;
• Excellent academic background
• English law qualified or qualified in another Commonwealth jurisdiction
• 2 to 8 years PQE
• Strong corporate experience from a top-tier law firm
• Have experience of working in the United Arab Emirates or the Middle East
• Demonstrate intellectual rigor the ability to analyse, think laterally and proffer solutions quickly
• Demonstrate an aptitude for dealing with complex and intricate transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and that require a more creative approach
• Communicate effectively on both a practical and intellectual level and have strong drafting skills; and
• have an interest in, and an aptitude for, developing the firm s business and a willingness to assist in the development of client relationships, through meetings, presentations, producing know-how and other business development initiatives.
