Description:
• Maintain the CRM document control system.
• Maintain all contract documents administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly, reports, and general correspondences as it relates to the program.
• Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
• Oversee the CRM document management system for tracking, retrieving, updating, and maintaining all program/project documents.
• Manage various channels for identifying opportunities; identify and help qualify opportunities that align with core strategy.
Requirements:
• Previous experience with CRM systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Exposure to keyword and other marketing
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
Responsibilities:
• Create bid-no-bid opportunities for reviews
• Create and manage reporting tools to direct Business Intelligence team activity
• Monitor active and inactive customers
• Identify and research internet leads
• Provide target analysis on prospect data
• Load internet leads and prospect data to CRM
• Report on conversion of leads by Business Intelligence weekly
• Report on sales year-over-year (YOY) trends
• Maintain CRM database
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement email campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing to manage social media
• Other duties as assigned
