Own and Execute MEA CRM strategy based on in-market campaign calendar and strategy, across key channels such as App push notifications, web push notifications, Emailers, In-app campaigns, In-web campaigns, web to app campaigns, including campaign setup, testing and sending, using global tools and technologies provided, all with a clear guideline to build customers loyalty & drive consumption
Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting and build regular performance reports to share across stakeholders and management
Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendations on improvements.
Identify key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour like consumption, subscription and loyalty
Initiate and organise mini surveys to collect deeper customer insights
Assess CRM programs, marketing communications and promotional activities according to their efficiency and profitability
Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
Support local, regional and international CRM projects for any planned or ad-hoc tasks
