Customer service representative will act as a liaison to provide information to clients and to resolve any problems, queries or complaints that our customers might face. The job holder will be the first point of contact between the company and it’s clients.
The jobholder must be patient, متعاطف, and efficiently communicative. She must be able to work under pressure and be good at building customer confidence. The jobholder must be able to put herself in the customers’ shoes and aim to resolve customer’s complaints efficiently and expeditiously. Customer feedback is priceless, and the jobholder has to gather that for the company. She must be able to multi-task and coordinate between internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Job Functions
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and e-mails and communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve client satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

• Prepare quotes pertaining to new customer queries and demands
• Prepare contracts and ensure on-time renewal of client contracts
